With the Lisbon question answered can we get on with the meaningful issues?

Now that the Lisbon Treaty referendum is out of the way, can the Irish Govenrment get on with the issues of addressing the real needs of the business community by putting measures in place to free up capital for businesses that are currently cash starved. The Banks need to be pushed to release much needed cash, so that businesses can afford to by stock and pay suppliers. This is vital for the recovery of the economy in the short to medium term.
